Tourist tax or city tax:
From 01 January 2023 in the Municipality of Savoca the tourist tax or city tax was established which provides for the payment of € 1.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days of stay.
The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and must be paid directly upon arrival or departure at the accommodation facility - Lemon House.Only on our site you will have the guarantee of the cheapest rate.
Lemon House refunds the difference, if the customer finds a better rate (with the same terms and conditions).

From 08/10/2024 to 08/25/2024 a minimum stay of three nights is required .
Cancellations received from the 7th day following the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the rate will be charged.
In case of cancellation due to travel restrictions caused by the Covid-19 situation, the cancellation is free of charge and any amount already paid will be refunded.
NB: The cancellation must be communicated in writing via e-mail or fax, telephone cancellations are not considered valid.
